MhtRipper Updated!

MhtRipper has become a really popular download recently. I guess as customers 8x implementation matures they are looking for alternative options in deploying the dashboards. Thanks to several users feedback I’ve been updating the ripper code. The last update is now available for download.

Mass Producing MicroStrategy Projects (Part 2)

Having left you hanging from my previous post Mass Producing MicroStrategy Projects, this post will explain the solution that our company is currently implementing for fast POC deployments.  In fact, this process could very well become our “out-of-the-box” solution that empowers customers to rapidly run analysis without building any MicroStrategy reports.  Because we are still refining this process, any feedback that can streamline this process even further would be a great addition to our product suite. QlikView from a MicroStrategy Consultant’s Perspective

I went to QlikView (QV) training last week and I am sure some people might be wondering how it stacks up against MicroStrategy just as I was curious. Well, for starters I should say I am impressed with its presentation layer (a.k.a the reporting layer). Its very sleek and crisp and the whole graph building and design is much easier and very intuitive as compared to MicroStrategy (MSTR). Read more…
